  • You can scan PayNow QR codes using Scan & Pay feature on your Trust App. This can be done via the following options:

    • Option 1: select “Scan & Pay” from the pre-login page

    • Option 2: select “Scan & Pay” from the Payments Screen of your Trust App

    • Option 3: select “Scan & Pay” from Send money on the Deposit Screen of your Trust App

  • Select “Scan & Pay” from the Payments Screen of your Trust App, and select “Show my QR” to access your My QR.

  • No, it is absolutely free for customers using PayNow or PayNow QR. If the bank intends to charge any fees, advance notice will be given to customers.

  • Only PayNow QR code can be scanned using the Scan & Pay feature on Trust App.

  • You should call our Customer Care Team immediately to make a report and follow our usual procedures for such mistaken transfers. Reach us via: - Live chat or voice call on your Trust App - OR call us at +65 313-TRUST (+65 3138 7878) In addition, you should lodge a police report, and be responsive to police investigations. The bank will try our best to recover the funds on your behalf. However, do note that the bank does not guarantee successful recovery of such funds and you are encouraged to be prudent to check the Nickname and Proxy details before submitting the transfer.

  • You should call our Customer Care Team immediately to make a report and follow our usual procedures for such incorrect transfers. We'll work together with you to return the funds to the sender.   • No, it is absolutely free to transfer in Singapore dollars and receive Singapore dollars into your Savings Account by Trust.

  • Your local transfer will be sent in real time to the recipient and you'll receive an immediate confirmation. However, the receiving bank may take some time to process and settle the request.

  • Currently, we only accept local SGD transfers. We do not support inward and outward transfers of foreign currencies or cross-border payments (in either SGD or foreign currencies).

  • You can check your PayNow registrations in a few easy steps: 1. Log in to your Trust App 2. Go to 'Settings' page 3. Select 'Account & Trust Card Settings' 4. Select 'PayNow Registrations' to see all your PayNow registrations using various types of proxies, with Trust and other financial institutions

  • You can register your FIN or mobile number for PayNow with Trust, but not with your passport number as it's not supported for PayNow.

  • You can register only Singapore mobile numbers for PayNow.

  • Only the linkage of the account to your NRIC will be deleted and you'll no longer be able to receive funds via your NRIC with PayNow. Your registered mobile number remains unaffected and you can continue to receive funds via your mobile number with PayNow.

  • Of course, you may do so via your Trust App!

  • You can register your new mobile number for PayNow in 3 easy steps: 1. De-register your old mobile no. via Trust App. 2. Update your new mobile number. 3. Re-register your new mobile number for PayNow by linking it to your Savings Account by Trust.

  • For transfer amount of SGD 1000 or less, you can perform the transfer without adding a payee. For transfer amount of between SGD 1000 to 25,000, you would need to add the recipient as a payee first or perform additional verification using the Trust Key before the transfer.

  • All your PayNow transfers will be recorded in your account statements with transaction descriptions containing the recipient's name.

  • No, PayNow can only be used for SGD funds transfers between FAST participating banks in Singapore.

  • No, you can’t cancel once you’ve confirmed a transfer. Be sure to double-check that you have the right recipient and transfer amount before you confirm a transfer.

  • Make sure you review and double-check all payment details before tapping 'Confirm'.

  • No, payments/transfers are not eligible when considering bonus interest eligibility for your Savings Account by Trust. Only debit and/or credit card spends are considered as qualifying transactions to earn bonus interest on savings account.

  • To change your Bank Transfer limits, simply log into the Trust App, then tap on ‘Money’ then ‘Payments’ then ‘…’ to set your preferred limit. Once this is done, tap on ‘confirm new limit’.

    For increase in limits, you will need to perform additional verification using the Trust Key.

  • For PayNow or FAST transfer to added payees (to third party accounts within Trust and other banks’ accounts/cards) the maximum transfer limit is S$25,000 per transaction and S$100,000 for overall daily limit.   

    For PayNow to non-added payees, the default transfer limit daily is S$1000 and additional verification using the Trust Key is required for amounts more than S$1000.
