Merchant coupons can be accessed in 3 ways: On the Homepage: First tap on the 'Rewards' tab, then tap on either ‘Coupons' or 'Stamp cards’ tab to see your available rewards. On the Money page: First tap on the 'Rewards' tab, then tap on either ‘Coupons' or 'Stamp cards’ tab to see your available rewards. Pre-login: Tap on the coupons icon on the pre-login screen.
There are no active coupons or stamp cards currently. Do check back later for updates.

You may request the pincode from the merchant staff at the designated redemption location stipulated on the coupon. You can then enter the pincode into your Trust App to complete the coupon redemption.

After marking your Coupons/Vouchers as "Redeemed", the Coupon status will change accordingly and it will no longer appear on your Rewards dashboard/My Coupon section. However, you may still see them under "Redeemed/Expired" tab.
After you are done redeeming your Coupons/Vouchers, click on done and you will be prompted to mark your Coupons/Vouchers as "Redeemed"

You would need to make a qualifying transaction to earn a stamp. The details of any transaction to be considered as a qualifying transaction can be found on the stamp campaign description.

We issue two types of coupons. The first type is available to all customers, and these coupons can be saved/unsaved by you. The second type are awarded coupons that cannot be unsaved. These will only be issued to you if you have met the required criteria.
