Today, we’ve launched Singapore’s first fully digital elevated banking experience. It’s called Trust+.

Qualification is automatic – no application forms, no calling your bank to apply and no confusion as to whether you are eligible. Like all things from Trust, it’s easy, transparent and rewarding.

Level up to a new tier of experience

Trust+ is our next level of banking experience, delivered with extra privileges for our customers. These extra privileges include a bonus tier of interest on deposit balances, exclusive rewards and benefits, a differentiated App experience and priority in-App customer service.

To qualify for Trust+, customers need to maintain an average daily balance of at least S$100,000 for the calendar month. Customers who qualify will be elevated automatically to Trust+ from the first day of the following month.

Balance Bonus Rate becomes part of Trust+

In December 2023, we introduced our Balance Bonus Rate to allow customers to earn an extra 0.5% interest per annum on their deposits* by maintaining an average daily balance of at least S$100,000 each month. This Balance Bonus Rate is now part of Trust+ so customers who maintain a minimum S$100,000 average daily balance will also qualify for Trust+.

Customers earn up to 3% per annum on deposits up to S$500,000, a cap that’s higher than at most other banks. And as with other Trust products, there are no hidden fees or charges.

We calculate the average daily balance as the sum of daily balances divided by the number of days in the month.

Trust+ brings you curated rewards and benefits

When customers are elevated to Trust+, they will enjoy special discounts, memberships and attractive deals from an exclusive range of curated entertainment, lifestyle and dining partners. These are in addition to the existing coupons and stamp cards that Trust customers have come to love.

Exclusive rewards and benefits partners include Golden Village Gold Class®, Edge at Pan Pacific Singapore, Far East Hospitality, Standing Sushi Bar, Tanuki Raw, Tenuta by Park90, The Dragon Chamber and Tribal.


Differentiated App experience

Trust+ members will enjoy a differentiated experience with a specially crafted, elegant black and gold theme in-App. They will also get 24/7 priority access to our Customer Service specialists via the App. This rounds-out the new and elevated Trust+ experience.
