Trust Freedom Credit Card Miles Redemption T&Cs

1. In order to participate in the Trust Miles redemption programme (Programme), your Trust Freedom Credit Card account must be in good standing and not be terminated or suspended.

1. Trust Miles awarded to and redeemed by you will be reflected in Trust App under Rewards > My earnings > Freedom card > Miles dashboard. Trust Miles cannot be transferred to other people, and cannot be converted to cash or credit.

2. Currently, our Travel Rewards Partners are Singapore Airlines (for KrisFlyer Miles) and HeyMax (for Max Miles). We may amend the list of Travel Rewards Partners that are participating in this Programme from time to time at our sole discretion. We will inform you if there are any changes.

3. You may request to convert your Trust Miles to miles issued by our Travel Rewards Partners only if you have enrolled into the respective Travel Rewards Partner’s programme. The terms and conditions of the respective Travel Rewards Partner(s) and participating individual airline(s) also apply to you.

4. When you convert Trust Miles to miles with our Travel Rewards Partners, you must award all Travel Rewards Partners’ miles to your personal account with the relevant Travel Rewards Partner. You are prohibited from awarding Travel Rewards Partners’ miles to another person’s account with the relevant Travel Rewards Partner.

5. By submitting your Membership ID and any other details relating to your account with a Travel Rewards Partner, you confirm that such account belongs to you.

6. Each time you request to convert Trust Miles to miles issued by our Travel Rewards Partner(s), you consent to us sharing your details with the relevant Travel Reward Partner for the purposes of effecting the conversion.

8. Once you have successfully converted your Trust Miles to miles with our Travel Rewards Partners, we will no longer be responsible for those miles. If you have any queries, please reach out to the respective Travel Rewards Partner.

9. Where there has been any error or wrongful crediting of Trust Miles (for example, if any transaction made on your Freedom Credit Card has been reversed), we may take any action at our reasonable discretion to correct this, including:

• debiting such amount of Trust Miles from your Freedom Credit Card account,

• debiting or imposing a fee payable based on such Trust Mile to Singapore dollar conversion rate as we may deem fit,

• reversing or cancelling any pending conversion request (even if this causes your Trust Miles balance to be negative), and

• if the Trust Miles have been redeemed, taking corrective action such as liaising with the Travel Rewards Partner to debit your Travel Rewards Partner account for such amount of Travel Rewards Partner’s miles.
