Debt Consolidation Plan - Product Terms and Key Facts Sheet

Debt Consolidation Plan (DCP) by Trust is available only to selected customers, in accordance with these Terms.

Please read these terms carefully. These terms explain how DCP works, your responsibilities, and other important information.

Don’t forget to read our General Terms and Conditions, and the relevant credit card Product Terms and their respective Key Facts Sheets, as they also apply. If there is an inconsistency between any of the terms, these DCP Product Terms will take priority.

What’s Debt Consolidation Plan?

DCP is a financing programme that helps you consolidate your eligible unsecured debt into a single loan with us.

The DCP comprises:

  • a Debt Consolidation Plan loan (DCP loan); and

  • a credit card with a fixed credit limit.

While your DCP loan remains outstanding, any monthly repayments made towards the DCP monthly loan instalment amount will not increase or restore the available credit limit on your credit card.

Key Features

Key loan terms

Your DCP loan details, which includes your loan amount, monthly instalment amount and loan tenure offered, shall be as stated in the Trust App.

Loan repayment

The DCP loan instalments will be automatically charged to your credit card each month and included in your monthly credit card statement. No separate statement will be issued for your DCP loan instalment.

100% of the DCP loan monthly instalment amount will be included as part of the minimum payment for your credit card statement.

Credit card by Trust

As part of your DCP loan, a credit card with a designated credit limit will be provided to you. We retain the right to reduce and/or vary the credit limit at any time by notice to you.

The credit card is subject to the relevant credit card Product Terms and Key Facts Sheet, unless otherwise stated in these DCP Terms.

Upon full repayment of your DCP loan, you may request for a permanent credit limit increase. Any application will be subject to a fresh credit assessment and our prevailing eligibility criteria. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at our sole discretion.

Key Interest and Fees

Late payment charges

As the DCP loan monthly instalment is charged to your Trust credit card, the late payment charges that apply to your Trust credit card will be applicable if you do not pay your minimum amount due for the month by the due date. Please refer to the relevant credit card Key Facts Sheet for more details.

Any late payment charges will reduce your available credit card limit. As such fee is repaid, the available credit limit on your credit card will be reinstated accordingly.

Early Repayment Fee

5% of your outstanding principal amount if you repay your loan in full early.

Any early repayment fee charged will reduce your available credit card limit. As such fee is repaid, the available credit limit on your credit card will be reinstated accordingly.

Interest

Interest is calculated by multiplying the approved interest rate and the DCP loan amount for the full loan tenure.

Interest accrues daily and is calculated on a 365-day year (or 366-day year in a leap year). It is then charged on the instalment date as part of the DCP loan monthly instalment amount. If you decide to repay your loan early, interest will only be charged till the date that you request for an early repayment.

Interest on overdue instalments

If you don’t pay in full the monthly loan instalment due on or before the payment due date, the unpaid principal of the loan instalment will be charged a daily interest based on a 365-day year (minimum) from the date of your credit card statement until the date payment is received.

This interest rate is the same as the interest rate for overdue amounts on your credit card purchases.

For customers who opened their credit card account before 1 August 2026:

Your assigned personalised EIR applies. Please refer to the relevant credit card Key Facts Sheet for more details.

For customers who opened their credit card account on or after 1 August 2026:

Until 31 December 2026 (inclusive) – Annual: 26.9% p.a.; Daily: 0.074%

From 1 January 2026 – You will be assigned a personalised EIR, ranging from 18.9% to 29.9% p.a., or such other rate that we determine from time to time. Please refer to the relevant credit card Key Facts Sheet for more details.

Any interest accrued on overdue instalment amounts will be charged to your credit card account and will reduce your available credit card limit. As such interest is repaid, the available credit limit on your credit card will be reinstated accordingly.

Please note that if you do not pay the monthly loan instalment in full (for example, if your monthly instalment amount is $500 but you only pay $400), you will take longer than the original loan tenure to pay off the DCP loan in full.

Termination

We will terminate your Debt Consolidation Plan if you are 150 days past your due date for your outstanding payment. All loan balances will then form part of your credit card’s outstanding balance.

Credit report

You are not entitled to a free credit report if you apply for Debt Consolidation Plan.
