Trust Bank welcomes its one-millionth customer and launches community give-back programme

We’re proud to announce that we’ve welcomed our one-millionth customer, a milestone that not only signifies how far we’ve come but also demonstrates how our customers and community in Singapore have come to trust us and love us.

Starting out just over two years back, to reach the 1 million customer mark and become Singapore’s fourth largest retail bank by customer numbers has been a humbling experience for us. And this is truly thanks to you!

You’ve given us your trust, generously shared feedback, and been our biggest ambassadors. Your words and actions keep us motivated every day to do better. We know we’re not perfect, and we truly appreciate the feedback you’ve given us to keep improving. Your trust has helped us grow and we’re committed to making your banking experience even more delightful.

As we become a part of many people’s daily lives, we think it is increasingly important to give back in meaningful ways. To celebrate this milestone, we’re giving back to the community by partnering with the Ministry of Social and Family Development’s ComLink+ initiative and FairPrice Group. Through this, we will provide S$100,000 to help 1,000 families-in-need and also support these families with digital and financial literacy.

Our give-back programme is just one step in our ongoing mission to provide meaningful support and make a positive impact in people’s lives. We will share further details on the programme in the coming months.

In the meantime, we will continue to raise standards of banking experience in Singapore through innovation and by working closely with our customers.
